Amiel Jaramillo

Amiel Jaramillo graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. He is admitted to practice law in all California courts and the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the New Mexico State Bar (inactive), the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California.  Mr. Jaramillo is a graduate of the Jerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.

Amiel Jaramillo has practiced law for over 30 years and has actively maintained his focus on the representation of consumers and personal injury victims. He has broad experience handling injury cases stemming from accidents involving motorcycles, autos, trucks, slip and falls and a variety of other cases involving personal injuries. The injury cases Mr. Jaramillo has handled range from muscle strains to spine and catastrophic injuries which leave the individual permanently disabled.

Areas of Practice: Civil litigation emphasizing personal injury, medical negligence, unsafe products, premises liability and construction litigation. Transactional law, including commercial leases, construction contracts, partnerships and business planning.

Professional Experience: Admitted to the State Bar of California, 1988, and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, 1988. Member of Consumer Attorneys of California and Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association. Temporary Judge Training, Sacramento County Superior Court. Dinah Yvonne Hammond

Dinah Yvonne Hammond graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  She graduated from McGeorge School of Law, with distinction, and she was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994.  She is licensed to practice law in all State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.  She has been serving the Sacramento Community as an attorney, since 1994, helping people injured due to falls or serious auto/truck/motorcycle collisions.   Memberships with professional organizations include:  American Bar Association, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and the California Consumer Attorney’s Association.
